GV Contributes to the Bioparticle Technology Reproducibility Project
July 23, 2024
Grand View was one of ten United States universities to collaborate in an inter-laboratory project to evaluate biocytometry, a technology designed to identify cell types for disease monitoring and drug discovery testing. Dr. Adriana LaGier, biology, incorporated the technology into a course-based undergraduate research experience (CURE) for cell biology.
Watch GV students Tayana Williams, Danny Quinn, Halie Marean, Kallista Larson and Ella Larsen and learn more project details from this video made with footage filmed by Todd Bailey, GV’s videographer.
Dr. Adriana LaGier, as part of the Cell Biology Education Consortium, collaborated with Sampling Human to co-author the resultant publication. Check out the pre-print before its publication in PLOS in the fall.
