Grand View's student leadership program provides opportunities for students to gain valuable leadership experience that enhances critical thinking, decision making, interpersonal relationships, and networking skills.

Students apply for leadership positions in the spring semester, and upon being selected, participate in spring and fall leadership trainings. Throughout the academic year, student leaders work closely with their leadership team advisor and receive mentoring and constructive feedback to enhance their leadership development.

At Grand View, we believe learning to lead is part of your success. No matter what career path you choose – whether it’s in education, business, nursing, technology, communication or entrepreneurial endeavors – leadership skills can broaden your perspective and enhance your effectiveness.
