SAGE Scholars Tuition Rewards

The SAGE Scholars Tuition Rewards program is a college saving plan like no other! Grand View has partnered with SAGE Scholars to create new opportunities for students and families to earn points through an affiliation with one of their financial partners.

Tuition Reward Points accrue like frequent flyer miles and are typically earned through an affiliated financial institution, health insurance, or employer. These include 529 plans, banks, brokerage firms, companies, credit unions, mutual funds, non-profits and diverse financial service companies involved in life insurance, health insurance or retirement plans. Your Tuition Rewards Points represent guaranteed minimum discounts off the "list price" of tuition at Grand View University.

How It Works

• The cap of total points that Grand View will accept is 25% of full time day tuition and fees
• Total points earned are spread over four years
• 1 point = $1.00

If the Sage Scholars points you and your family earn for you for one year are greater than your Grand View grants and scholarships, you will receive the Sage Scholars amount based on your points up to the cap of 25% of full-time day tuition and fees. If your points for one year are equal or less than your Grand View grants and scholarships, you will receive the higher amount from Grand View.

Data provided by the Pennsylvania 529 Plan shows that investors who opt-in to Tuition Rewards have 529 accounts that are 41% larger than families who do not participate in Tuition Rewards.
