STEP 2 – DMPS Employee Discount Form

Complete the DMPS employee discount form, verifying that you (or your spouse or dependent child up to 26 years of age) are eligible for the discount, and supply Grand View with the information needed to start the verification process. Please note that this discount offer cannot be combined with any additional Grand View grants or scholarships.
