Person Proxy - Parent Account Access

Person Proxy allows you to authorize a parent or anyone of your choosing electronic access to your account, academic record and financial aid information.

Proxy access can only be managed by the student. Grand View cannot grant or modify access for a proxy.

Quick Steps: 1. Access Self Service and click View/Add Proxy Access from the dropdown under your username in the upper right hand corner.

2. Choose a proxy to be added in the Select a Proxy dropdown.

3. If you don’t see the person you want to grant access in the dropdown choose “Add Another User” and complete the form.

4. Choose the Access you would like to grant your proxy. You can allow complete access to all of your financial aid, grades, and notifications, or you can choose individual items.

5. Click to agree to Grand View’s Disclosure Agreement and click “Submit”.

After you have added a person to your Self-Service account as a proxy, that person will receive an email notification containing login instructions. There can be up to a 24-hour delay for the proxy account to be activated. Contact the Help Desk (helpdesk@grandview.edu) if you need help logging in.
