Academic Records

Due to recent changes in Federal regulations, effective July 1, 2024, Grand View University will no longer hold the entire transcript for students who have an outstanding balance if Federal funds were used to pay towards that balance. When a balance is owed, students will have the opportunity to pay their balance in full in order to receive a complete transcript. If the student does not elect to pay their balance in full, their transcript will be released for only those terms that are paid in full, while the detail for any term that has an outstanding balance will be redacted (withheld) until that particular term is paid in full.
