Dr. Lynn Burks to Present at Iowa Association of Independent Colleges and Universities Tech Conference

Dr. Lynn Burks, Executive Director of The Jacobson Institute, will host a panel discussion at the Iowa Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (IAICU) Tech conference on May 23. The discussion will focus on the importance of driving a digitized skills-based learning and development model. Joining the discussion will be Jacobson Institute partners Mike Kritzman, CEO of Skillnet, Chick Herbert, Chief Experience Officer at NCMIC and Travis Averett, Senior Technologist for the JI.    

The Jacobson Institute at Grand View acts as tomorrow’s future global workbench and aims to connect short-term talent needs to long-term learning. The JI is able to create a series of offerings focused on upskilling, reskilling, and developing talent pipelines and programming to prepare for the workplace of tomorrow.
