Cooking with Alessandra

Grand View invites alumni and friends to experience “Cooking with Alessandra,” a private Italian cooking class in downtown Des Moines. The class will take place on Tuesday, March 14 from 6 – 8 p.m. at Alessandra’s private cooking studio in Des Moines.

Attendees will learn how to make cavatelli al vodka sauce and will enjoy their homemade recipe after class. Registration includes all cooking ingredients and materials along with hosted wine, pop/water, bread, and dessert.

Seats are limited and advanced registration is required. Registration is $65 per person and includes a $5 donation to the National Alumni Council Scholarship at Grand View.
