The Philip L. Hougen Campus Ministry Scholarship Student Application Form

Scholarships ranging from $500 to $1,500 are available to current and prospective Lutheran students who participate (for prospective students who express intention to participate) regularly in Grand View campus ministry activities. Renewal is based on level of participation in campus ministry activities.

Please fill out the application form below by March 1, 2025. Ask the pastor or church leader at your church to complete the reference form online.
