Dalton Dencklau Inducted Into Chi Omega Lambda

Dalton Dencklau (Biochemistry 2024) was inducted into Chi Omega Lambda, the National Honor Society for the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (ASBMB). Honor society members are recognized for their scholarly achievement, research accomplishments and science outreach activities. Only 33 students were inducted nationwide in 2023. Dalton received his award in person at the national DiscoverBMB meeting in Seattle, Washington, where he also presented a poster about his research characterizing a novel sugar kinase.

Previous Grand View Chi Omega Lambda inductees include Sarah Jordan (Biochemistry, Biology, 2022), Amanda Duplan (Biochemistr , Biology, 2019) and Kyle Boulanger (Biochemistry, Biology, 2019).
