The Philip L. Hougen Campus Ministry Scholarship Pastor / Youth Leader Reference Form

Scholarships ranging from $500 to $1,500 are available to current and prospective Lutheran students who participate (for prospective students: who express intention to participate) regularly in Grand View campus ministry activities. Renewal is based on level of participation in campus ministry activities.

Please fill out this reference form and submit by March 1, 2025. The applicant will not be provided a copy of this reference.
