Employer Table Request Form

As a valued employer partner of Grand View University, we look forward to having you on campus! Complete this form to request an employer table, submitting requests at least two weeks in advance.

Employer tables are typically located in the Henning Student Center, outside the student dining hall. Student traffic is highest 11am-1pm, so employer tables are generally staffed during this time frame. If you'd prefer a different time, please let us know in the comments section. If you would rather host a nursing-specific employer table in the Johnson Wellness Center, please select the Johnson Wellness Center option.

Prior to tabling on campus, we recommend posting any open positions or volunteer opportunities to Handshake. Employers invited to campus must review our employer recruitment and posting policies.

There is a $20 charge for employer tables; payment must be received prior to the date of your employer table. Payment instructions will be provided after submission of this form.
